Guess this tone

Nemo attends a school that makes students to speak English only. Students would get a trouble if they speak other language that English. Nemo feels unsure if this is the only way to improve his and students' English skills. He agrees with an idea that he is not allowed to speak foreign language other than English. However, he doesn't like the way he is not allow to speak Korean in the school.

    The character in this story is not obedient.

    Dissaproving, because he used many negative statements than posotive.
